Defined by our people... powered by knowledge.
It's no accident that every DCG team has members with decades of tenure at our firm. We are a fiercely committed group: to our clients, to what we build together every day, and to each other. Our shared core values of integrity, quality, teamwork, and success drive our actions and our business strategy – and our clients feel this. Which is why we have even more clients with decades of tenure than we do DCG associates. Our client relationships are the longest in our industry, and we are just getting started.
DCG's work is founded on an intimate understanding of the continually evolving banking and regulatory environments. Our experience transcends decades of economic cycles, and is shaped by our deep relationships with clients and bank and credit union leaders across the country. The tenure of our people and longevity of our client relationships enable us to provide insight that can't be replicated.

Company History
Founded in 1981 by George Darling, Darling & Associates first began serving banks and credit unions with proprietary balance sheet management tools still considered the gold standard today. Since then, Darling Consulting Group has evolved to providing complete ALM solutions and advisory relationships, model validation and model risk management services, data-driven software, and thought leadership perspectives that are foundational to our clients' business strategies. Our principals remain active in the company and with clients. The technical team that developed the BASIS model continues to build and integrate new applications relied on by banks and credit unions in all fifty states. And we continue to grow, driven by a collective passion for service and innovation.
