Privacy Statement

DCG collects personal information from you through the use of registration forms, for instance, when you sign up for an electronic newsletter, when you send us an application to be considered for employment, when you register for an event, when you submit a request for proposal or for information, or when you send us a message via an email provided on the DCG sites.

We collect personal information for the purposes of:

Privacy Statement

This privacy statement and agreement (the “Privacy Statement” or “Statement") explains how Darling Consulting Group, Inc. (“DCG”, “we”, or “us”) collects, uses, handles, and treats information that we receive from you through our website, www.darlingconsulting.com (the “Site“). This Privacy Statement was last updated in June 2023.

 

DCG understands that your privacy is important. DCG is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information you provide or as you access and use materials on the Site, including the Site subscription pages or other websites or apps that post a link to this Privacy Statement. In addition, information that you submit to DCG in response to an email request for information or other outreach from DCG, or through DCG’s employment application processes, will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Statement.

 

DCG may, in its discretion, amend this Privacy Statement from time to time. To ensure you remain informed about the information we collect and how we use it, material changes to our Statement will be reflected here. This Site may contain links to external sites which are not governed by this Privacy Statement. DCG does not take responsibility for the privacy practices of any third-party sites to which we link. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any such sites before you submit information there.

When you visit one of the DCG sites, we collect information automatically about those visits. Your browser automatically sends us certain Internet-related information, such as the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using, device identifier, web browser, and browsing information. We also collect information using cookies pixels, and/or other similar technologies to better understand how visitors use the DCG sites, to identify problems with our servers, prepare aggregate demographic information and other information regarding the use of the DCG sites, and to improve the functions of the DCG sites. Cookies do not collect any information that enables you to be identified as an individual.

In some of our newsletters and other communications, we will monitor recipient actions such as email open rates through embedded links within the messages. We collect this information to gauge user interest and to enhance future user experiences.

We will only disclose personal information to government bodies and law enforcement agencies when required by law; and with suppliers we engage to process data on our behalf. In these circumstances we will share your personal information for our legitimate business purposes and to comply with legal obligations.

DCG maintains safeguards to protect against unauthorized disclosure, use, access, or alteration of the personal information you provide to us through the DCG sites. Our information security program contains administrative, technical and physical safeguards, appropriate to the type of information concerned. The security of your personal information also depends in part on the security of the devices you use to communicate with us, the security you use to protect user IDs and passwords, and the security provided by your internet service providers.

    DCG, and other trademarks and/or service marks, including logos and designs, found on the Site are trademarks/service marks that identify DCG and the goods and/or services provided by DCG Such marks may not be used under any circumstances without the prior written permission of DCG You must obtain prior written permission of DCG, as well as all other licensors and/or entities which may have an interest in the relevant intellectual property if you wish to publish, display, or commercially use or exploit the content of the Site, or any portion of the Site including related graphics.     If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
     

  6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
