Darling Consulting Group (DCG) is a leading national provider of consulting services and online solutions to community banks and credit unions and consistently voted top places to work by the Boston Globe. DCG is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial minded Product Manager to join DCG’s Product and Solutions Team. This individual will help drive and prioritize the firm’s suite of online solutions. This individual will be focused on the delivery of new and innovative ideas to our clients specifically focused on the bank lending and deposit analytics.
At Darling Consulting Group (DCG) we pride ourselves on making the complex simple, helping to create lasting relationships with our clients. As an Associate Data Analyst, you will work within our existing ETL process to support DCG’s data services as well as our suite of analytics software. You will also work directly with banks and credit unions throughout the country to onboard their datasets into our proprietary data warehouse and data systems. We are seeking someone who wants to learn our business and use their skills to not only assist in our current processes but also assist in the development of our next-gen data processes.
This entry-level position’s primary objective is to build the skills necessary to become a Financial Analyst in the Asset/Liability Management (ALM) space. This includes understanding bank and credit union financial statements and data, learning to navigate and use internal software to create robust simulations, interpreting financial model results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and building strong communication skills in order to service all stakeholders.
DCG’s company mission is to be a highly regarded provider of business solutions to the banking industry, primarily in the areas of financial, balance sheet, and model risk management. As a Risk Management Associate, the primary objective is to build skills such as financial analysis, written and verbal communication, and time management. This individual will be responsible for communicating with the lead consultant throughout the project and completing all assigned tasks in a timely manner to assist in the successful completion of each engagement.
Our team provides clients with independent evaluations of the reasonableness, accuracy, and appropriateness of their ALM and Liquidity models and related modeling processes. Our team includes former regulators, auditors, bankers, and finance personnel who apply those backgrounds to provide clients with more than a check-box validation. We approach each validation as an opportunity to help our clients view the engagements as a value-add, not a regulatory requirement.
The DCG Risk Management Consultant will evaluate the reasonableness, accuracy and appropriateness of clients’ ALM and liquidity models and related modeling processes. This individual will serve as the technical point of contact for assigned projects and oversee the successful completion of projects assigned.
DCG is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to help drive the firm’s marketing strategy from conception and goal setting through execution, measurement, analysis, reporting, and refinement. This individual will collaborate across the organization on marketing and promotional activities that support the expansion and growth of DCG’s products and services. They will own key strategic initiatives, including the go-to-market planning for new product launches and ongoing development of the corporate website. Additionally, this colleague will contribute meaningfully to the digitization and automation of the sales and marketing funnel. The ideal candidate is a confident, self-starting individual who will thrive in a highly-collaborative, values-driven culture. We seek a critical thinker with creative skills who is also passionate about digital marketing and using data in new ways to further business goals.
This seasoned software engineer to help Darling Consulting Group (DCG) grow our software and data analytics businesses as well as expand our service offerings to the banking industry. This individual will be part of growing a software engineering team that is expert in developing internally designed software products, and building web applications for the banking industry that are scalable, reliable, and secure. This person should have a strong object-oriented programming background and be energized by the opportunity to work with large data sets, and have appropriate expertise working with them. Having expertise in multiple programming languages, this individual will help align technology architectures to business needs and set coding standards. An individual that is experienced building data intensive systems and working in cloud environments is highly desired.
This individual will be part of a software engineering team that is expert in developing internally designed software products, as well as, building web applications for the banking industry that are scalable, reliable, and secure. This person should have a strong object-oriented programming background and experience building scalable cloud-based web applications. Having expertise in multiple programming languages, this individual will help align technology solutions to business needs.
