As the Executive Director of the Financial Analytics team, Jay is energized by providing top-quality service, education, and analytics to the community banking space while overseeing the development of Darling Consulting Group's number one asset—its people.

For DCG to continuously provide best-in-class service in an ever-changing banking environment, the Financial Analytics team leverages technology, data, and advanced analytics while recruiting intelligent and high character individuals who will develop into the next generation leaders in the ALM space.

Jay combined his BA degree in Economics from Assumption University, along with his passion for people, coaching, teamwork, and technology into an exciting and rewarding 20 plus year (and counting) career at DCG.

He lives in Topsfield, MA, with his wife Tiffany, three active boys, Brady, Ethan, and Max, and their puppy Tedy. When not spending time with his family, Jay is involved in numerous community organizations and initiatives that focus on youth development. When Jay has the time, he loves to play baseball, golf, ski, and attend sporting events with family and friends.
