Jeffrey W. Zuendt serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Deposit & Client Officer at R&T. He is responsible for funding and capacity management operations, bank review team and leads Relationship Management, focusing on deepening client relationships and ensuring seamless coordination across deposits, funding, and delivery. Jeff’s priorities include accelerating organic growth, creating synergies across institutions, and strengthening banking and treasury expertise through training programs. He also provides oversight of the Demand Deposit Marketplace® program. Previously, Jeff served as Senior Vice President, Assistant Treasurer at Investors Bank, managing interest rate risk, liquidity, and budget modeling. He began his career at Hudson City Savings Bank as a financial analyst in the Treasury Department and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rider University.

Justin Bakst

Justin provides risk management education and strategic consultation to financial institutions leveraging DCG’s analytics solutions. Justin has been a thought leader in risk management including interest risk, credit risk, and liquidity risk, as well as emerging risks including artificial intelligence and machine learning. Justin’s focus is developing and implementing solutions that analyze customer behavior patterns to proactively manage embedded risks and drive higher levels of earnings. Justin is a frequent speaker and author with the RMA, American Banker, NYTimes, and CIOMagazine.

Kevin Bannerton
Executive Vice President, Chief Business Development Officer
R&T Deposit Solutions
Kevin Bannerton serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer at R&T Deposit Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for shaping R&T’s business growth strategy; identifying new market opportunities, including potential M&A; building strategic partnerships; and overseeing competitive intelligence. He also partners closely with the Sales organization to acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing ones, ensuring R&T continues to deliver innovative, tech-forward solutions that create value across the financial industry. Kevin previously served as R&T’s Chief Product Officer, where he oversaw the strategic direction, development, and performance of the firm’s product portfolio. Since joining R&T through the 2022 acquisition of Total Bank Solutions (TBS), Kevin has played a key role in advancing the firm’s strategy of providing platform-based technology solutions to wealth managers and banks. During his tenure, he led the successful launch of the CDMXSM program and the continued growth of the DDM® and RTID® programs administered by R&T. Prior to R&T, Kevin was Managing Director and Head of the Americas Liquidity Management business at Deutsche Bank, where he led sales and distribution for the Insured Deposit Program, Money Market Mutual Funds, and cash/short duration fixed income separate accounts. He also served as an Institutional Fixed Income Product Specialist at BlackRock, advising corporations, pension funds, and asset managers on customized fixed income portfolios. Earlier in his career, he held senior sales and advisory roles at Merrill Lynch.
