Advising executive teams for institutions all over the country, he provides tailored, thought leading solutions in an ever changing economic and regulatory environment.

The rules of liquidity management have changed. Slowing deposit growth, sustained higher rates, fintech competition, and heightened regulatory scrutiny have fundamentally reshaped the liquidity landscape. What worked even a few years ago may no longer be sufficient in today’s environment.

This session goes beyond liquidity fundamentals to focus on how banks can rethink their approach and remain one step ahead. It will outline aligning liquidity strategy with your institution’s unique balance sheet, risk profile, and evolving market realities.

Join Darling Consulting Group for a forward-looking discussion on how to adapt your liquidity management framework, stay ahead of emerging challenges, and position your institution for what’s next.

In this session, we’ll cover:

  • How liquidity management expectations have evolved

  • Deposit dynamics and funding strategy in a more competitive, higher-cost environment

  • Managing the tradeoffs between growth, pricing, and liquidity strength

  • Practical ways to strengthen your liquidity position

  • How to clearly articulate and defend your liquidity strategy to regulators and stakeholders
