The registration fee is $2,350.00. Payment by credit or debit card.

Cancellation Policy

Conference registration fees are refundable (less a $100 cancellation fee) if received in writing by May 10, 2024. No refunds will be made after this date.

 

Substitutions may be made at any time; please advise us in advance.
